About the role
Responsible for investigating insurance claims and negotiating settlements to satisfy all parties. Provides high-level service reporting to the Team Leader.
What you’ll do
• Review coverage analysis. • Investigate claims and obtain loss details. • Prepare reports and negotiate settlements. • Maintain accurate records and billing. • Coordinate task assignments with field adjusters.
What you’ll bring
• Licensed in local province or obtain within 6 months. • 4-year degree or equivalent claim experience. • 1–3 years claims handling experience. • Proven adjusting and negotiating skills. • Advanced computer and communication skills.
