About the role
Responsible for accurate and timely processing of assigned claims and resolving claim issues. Manage accounts receivable and denial management to optimize revenue cycle performance.
What you’ll do
• Manage accounts receivable and analyze aged AR. • Investigate and appeal insurance claim denials. • Make independent decisions on claim adjustments and appeals. • Collaborate with internal teams and care center staff. • Support large care center go lives and revenue optimization efforts.
What you’ll bring
• High School Graduate. • 3+ years medical billing or claims experience. • Understand revenue cycle performance drivers. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills preferred. • Experience with athenaHealth preferred.
