What you’ll do
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails. • Provide updates on claim status and processing timelines. • Guide customers through claims submission process. • Answer questions about travel insurance benefits. • Collaborate with global Claims, Medical, and Assistance teams.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years travel insurance or claims customer service experience. • Strong understanding of travel insurance benefits and claims processes. • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Based in North America with availability for North American hours.
