About the role
Process and adjudicate healthcare claims including medical, dental, vision, and mental health claims. Conduct claims research and handle overpayment administration and claims appeals.
What you’ll do
• Process claims for medical, dental, vision, and mental health. • Adjudicate claims and conduct claims research. • Review insurance for medical necessity and coverage. • Investigate claims and negotiate settlements. • Resolve claims appeals and verify plan loading.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years related healthcare claims experience. • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding. • Familiarity with COBRA, HIPAA, coordination of benefits. • High school diploma or GED. • Work authorization for United States.
