Claims Team Lead

About the role
Lead the AV claims team handling complex files, coaching adjusters, and managing client escalations. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality and compliance in claims handling.
What you’ll do
• Lead day-to-day work for APD, BI, and Litigation Adjusters. • Review and approve reserves, settlements, and liability decisions. • Handle high-severity and novel-liability AV files. • Coach adjusters through file reviews and 1-on-1s. • Own AV handling playbook and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 7–10+ years commercial auto claims experience. • 2+ years leading or supervising adjusters. • Detailed understanding of SAE J3016 driving automation levels. • Active adjuster license or ability to obtain in 90 days. • Work authorization in eligible U.S. states.
