About the role
You will be the platform expert on the Client Success team, managing campaign setup and performance analysis. Run A/B tests and provide data support to help clients grow.
What you’ll do
• Set up campaigns and analyze performance metrics. • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests. • Support Client Success Managers with operational issues. • Maintain client performance documentation. • Contribute to performance reporting and improve processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2-4 years in analytics or client-facing operations. • Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, and data tools. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
