About the role
Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Success team managing client activities and account functions. Serve as primary contact for low-complexity clients and support Client Success Managers.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for small, low-complexity clients. • Respond to routine client requests and coordinate issue resolution. • Prepare and distribute recurring client reports. • Review monthly invoices for accuracy and coordinate corrections. • Support eligibility file processing and troubleshoot issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2 to 4 years customer service or client support experience. • Healthcare or benefits experience preferred. • Salesforce experience preferred. • Work authorization for United States.
