About the role
Manage the full customer lifecycle and enhance customer experience using AI-first approaches. Build strong relationships and support customers in launching and upselling medications.
What you’ll do
• Build logic based questionnaires through Bask software. • Help customers launch and upsell medications. • Triage software and order related questions. • Own full customer lifecycle including onboarding and renewals. • Analyze engagement metrics and communicate value.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in Customer Success or SaaS client services. • Experience with large to enterprise customer accounts. • Creative problem solver with determination. • Highly articulate in written and spoken communication. • Work authorization for North America.
