About the role
Manage post-sale client relationships with law firms to drive retention and growth. Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Maintain engagement cadence by account tier. • Build relationships across legal and operations stakeholders. • Drive organic expansion within existing accounts. • Onboard and train clients for new carrier launches. • Identify cross-sell opportunities with Field Sales.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years sales/client growth leadership experience. • Experience in legal, insurance, or health-information services. • Strong analytical and operating rigor. • Work authorization for USA, no sponsorship.
