About the role
Manage partner support for orthodontic and dental practices using HighLevel CRM. Own issues end to end and communicate resolutions proactively.
What you’ll do
• Own requests from intake to resolution with written close-out. • Handle partner transactional work and platform configuration. • Diagnose broken automations and integrations. • Review and approve automated outputs before delivery. • Communicate status proactively and document SOPs.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years supporting CRM or SaaS in agency or customer-facing role. • Hands-on HighLevel experience required. • Knowledge of ClickUp, AgencyAnalytics, Google and Meta platforms. • Excellent written communication and organization. • US work authorization and reliable remote workspace.
