About the role
The Clinical Independent Rater ensures integrity and reliability of clinical trial data by reviewing assessments and supporting rater performance. The role involves live discussions and documentation to maintain standardized assessment practices.
What you’ll do
• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities. • Review case data and prepare for rater discussions. • Conduct live interactions to provide feedback on assessments. • Complete tasks and interactions on schedule. • Submit documentation accurately and on time.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or Social Work. • 3 years administering psychiatric assessments and rating scales. • 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations. • 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials. • Fluency in English and native-level Polish proficiency.
