About the role
Provide telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations. Support employee wellbeing and collaborate to improve EAP programs.
What you’ll do
• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching or counselling. • Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme virtually or onsite. • Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional). • Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience. • Collaborate with internal clinical team to improve EAP programs.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s in Counselling or Clinical Psychology. • Active membership/registration with ACA, PACFA, or AHPRA. • 1–3 years supervised counselling or clinical practice. • Work authorization for Australia. • Willingness for Police or Working With Children Check if requested.
