About the role
Perform site monitoring visits and manage clinical trial progress for biotech projects. Support multiple therapeutic areas including Oncology and Cardiovascular.
What you’ll do
• Perform site monitoring visits per GCP and ICH guidelines. • Drive and track subject recruitment plans. • Train and communicate with study sites. • Evaluate study site practices and escalate issues. • Manage regulatory submissions and study documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or healthcare preferred. • At least 1.5 years on-site monitoring experience. • Organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain effective working relationships. • Flexibility to travel and driver's license.
