About the role
Provide expert clinical support and resolve complex cases for dental professionals in Germany. Coach team members and improve clinical quality across the organization.
What you’ll do
• Resolve complex clinical inquiries and escalations. • Manage booked calls for practice-level case issues. • Serve as primary escalation for clinical support tickets. • Perform quality assurance reviews of agent work. • Lead clinical training and special projects.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in German and English. • Authorized to work in Germany. • 5+ years in high-volume lab setting. • 3+ years experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design. • Strong knowledge of dental systems and German market.
