About the role
Provide technical support for SaaS and private cloud environments. Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues and improve platform usage.

• Act as second line of defense for technical queries. • Diagnose and resolve issues using CLI and scripting. • Collaborate across teams and time zones. • Contribute to documentation and runbooks. • Advocate for customers in internal discussions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-4 years in technical or cloud support. • Proficiency with CLI tools and scripting. • Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, and troubleshooting. • Work authorization for USA.
