About the role
Provide clinical mentoring and supportive supervision to improve postpartum haemorrhage prevention and management across health facilities in Kebbi State.
What you’ll do
• Submit facility coverage plan and weekly supervisory schedule. • Provide bedside coaching and simulation sessions. • Support adherence to PPH guidelines and procedures. • Assess provider skills and identify improvement actions. • Document visits and submit weekly and monthly reports.
What you’ll bring
• Registered nurse/midwife, doctor, pharmacist or related with valid licence. • Experience in PPH prevention and clinical mentoring. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Willingness to travel regularly across facilities. • Work authorization for Kebbi State, Nigeria.
