About the role
Support facilities in one emirate to improve postpartum haemorrhage prevention, detection, treatment and referral. Provide clinical mentoring and supervision across health facilities.
What you’ll do
• Identify new maternity staff and arrange onboarding. • Provide bedside coaching and simulation sessions. • Document visits and submit weekly and monthly reports. • Plan and conduct facility visits regularly. • Support stock monitoring and referral coordination.
What you’ll bring
• Registered nurse, midwife, doctor, pharmacist or public health background. • Valid professional licence and maternity care experience. • Experience in PPH prevention and clinical mentoring. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Willingness to travel regularly; Hausa proficiency preferred.
