About the role
Develop and maintain CMM programs for vehicle launch and production. Ensure accurate and repeatable measurement of automotive components.
What you’ll do
• Develop and validate CMM programs using CAD and engineering drawings. • Define part alignments, probing strategies, and measurement sequences. • Create inspection programs for various automotive parts and assemblies. • Perform measurement system analysis and generate dimensional reports. • Support fixture buyoff, tooling verification, and process validation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or related. • 2-5 years CMM programming and dimensional measurement experience. • Ability to interpret GD&T and engineering drawings. • Work authorization for the job location. • Experience with automotive or precision manufacturing preferred.
