About the role
Manage student accounts receivables and collections to support student retention and fiscal responsibility. Provide solution-oriented service to students and partners regarding financial obligations.
What you’ll do
• Contact students with past due accounts. • Negotiate payment plans. • Maintain accurate collection records. • Manage external collections agencies. • Prepare reports on collections activity.
What you’ll bring
• Christian commitment and supportive of university mission. • Associate’s degree required. • Minimum 2 years experience in collections or related field. • Work authorization in a state where APU Global is registered. • Strong customer service and communication skills.
