About the role
The Collections Specialist collects past due balances on assigned accounts while building lasting relationships with customers and internal parties. The role aims to minimize Days Sales Outstanding and over 90-day delinquencies for the company.
What you’ll do
• Perform collection activities on assigned accounts. • Research and reconcile accounts before collection. • Resolve disputed balances through research. • Document actions on customer accounts. • Provide quality customer service and follow-up reports.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years collections or relevant experience. • Experience collecting for high dollar accounts. • Available to work Eastern Time Zone hours. • Not sponsorship eligible. • Work authorization for United States.
