About the role
Guide students and families through the complete U.S. college admissions journey with personalized coaching and strategic application guidance. Manage caseloads and work closely with parents to position students competitively.
What you’ll do
• Manage student caseload through full admissions process. • Develop academic and extracurricular strategies. • Advise on university and major selection. • Guide application strategies for UC, CSU, and selective universities. • Provide coaching and feedback via Zoom and video.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in college admissions counseling or coaching. • Experience with UC and CSU admissions systems. • Knowledge of UC Personal Insight Questions and Common App. • Ability to manage multiple students and milestones. • Comfortable with Zoom, Google Drive, Slack, and AI tools.
