About the role
Provide legal guidance on AI-powered marketing platform operations and intellectual property. Manage IP portfolio and complex litigation for StackAdapt's advertising technologies.
What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate commercial and platform agreements. • Manage IP litigation and strategy globally. • Advise on AI and automation legal compliance. • Support product teams on legal and regulatory matters. • Oversee IP due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships.
What you’ll bring
• Juris Doctor and active law license in US or Canada. • 6+ years legal experience with 3+ years in-house commercial role. • 3+ years complex litigation experience. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Work authorization for Canada or USA.
