About the role
Join Collibra's Legal team to draft, negotiate, and close enterprise SaaS and technology agreements. Provide legal and commercial support to Sales and Procurement while handling privacy matters.
What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS and technology agreements. • Manage commercial contracting process efficiently. • Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Procurement teams. • Advise on customer arrangement structures. • Negotiate data processing and privacy agreements.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years legal experience in software industry. • J.D. and active U.S. state law license. • Hands-on SaaS privacy experience and knowledge of privacy laws. • Proficiency with AI tools for business challenges. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • No visa sponsorship available.
