About the role
Support Twist Bioscience on contracting, licensing, product-related and commercial legal matters. Provide legal support to Commercial and Biopharma divisions and assist with non-U.S. employment and corporate matters.
What you’ll do
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and biopharma legal documents. • Manage intake, review, and approval of agreement requests. • Advise business on contracting best practices and legal updates. • Draft and improve AI tool playbooks for legal operations. • Support other assigned legal responsibilities.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE or 4-7 years relevant experience. • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and pharma agreements. • Fluent in English, written and spoken. • Ability to manage outside counsel. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
