About the role
Lead day-to-day commercial legal support and partner with multiple teams to close business and manage risk. Build contracting practices that scale as the company grows.
What you’ll do
• Own and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. • Advise Sales and go-to-market teams on deal structure and risk. • Build and improve templates, playbooks, and approval processes. • Partner with Security, Privacy, Product, and Engineering on commitments. • Support international transactions and coordinate with outside counsel.
What you’ll bring
• Law degree and active bar membership or equivalent. • Experience advising technology companies on commercial transactions. • Experience scaling legal functions in startups or high-growth environments. • Strong judgment to distinguish material business risks. • Clear communication and ability to build trust across teams.
