About the role
Manage and grow Tailscale's community programs including advocacy, digital communities, and community projects. Foster meaningful connections and engagement among community members and internal teams.
What you’ll do
• Own and grow Tailscale Insiders advocacy program. • Manage engagement on Discord and Reddit communities. • Develop and maintain community projects program. • Build relationships with community members and internal teams. • Track and improve community participation and impact.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5+ years in community management or advocacy. • Experience growing community programs and initiatives. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage online community moderation. • Work authorization for Canada.
