What you’ll do
• Lead external compensation surveys and recommend pay positioning. • Own salary structure and present changes for approval. • Review and approve job classifications. • Oversee HRIS job and pay record integrity. • Analyze compensation data and recommend corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related. • Experience in compensation analysis and salary administration. • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools. • Certified Compensation Professional preferred. • Work authorization required.
