About the role
Oversee and strengthen CredPal's regulatory compliance framework across financial services products. Ensure adherence to SEC, AML/CFT, consumer credit, investment, FX, and cross-border regulations.
What you’ll do
• Develop and strengthen regulatory compliance framework and controls. • Ensure compliance across credit, lending, investment, FX, and cross-border products. • Coordinate regulatory filings, returns, and licence renewals. • Lead AML/CFT compliance and oversee KYC and transaction monitoring. • Conduct compliance reviews and regulatory risk assessments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years in Regulatory Compliance or related financial services. • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and Nigeria capital markets. • Experience with AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
