About the role
The Compliance Reviewer consults with internal and external teams to complete compliance reviews in crop insurance. This role involves managing review workloads and maintaining compliance documentation.
What you’ll do
• Consult with external parties for review information. • Consult with team on procedural issues. • Exercise independent judgement on complex reviews. • Communicate with internal and external teams. • Maintain review documentation and compliance knowledge.
What you’ll bring
• Two years crop insurance/agriculture experience preferred. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. • Advanced organizational skills. • Maintain confidentiality and strong work ethic.
