Construction Manager

About the role
Coordinate people, materials, equipment and subcontractors to deliver construction projects safely, on budget, and on schedule. Lead site execution of road and infrastructure projects.
What you’ll do
• Manage daily construction activities for roads and civil works. • Identify and document variations and potential claims. • Plan material, labour and equipment requirements. • Manage snagging, completion and handover. • Enforce health, safety and environmental standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related. • Minimum five years managing road and infrastructure works. • Proven ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams. • Working knowledge of project scheduling tools preferred. • Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
