About the role
Advise clients in the GKV environment on process analysis, design, and requirements development. Develop use cases and solution concepts with stakeholders.

• Advise clients on process and requirements analysis in GKV. • Gather and structure requirements with stakeholders. • Analyze and model business processes, develop optimized target processes. • Plan and moderate workshops and interviews. • Develop AI-supported solutions and recommendations.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in relevant field like business informatics or health economics. • At least two years experience in GKV environment. • Experience in requirements management or business analysis. • Strong communication, consulting, and moderation skills. • Knowledge of BITMARCK systems or similar is ideal.
