About the role
Provide specialized support for a global CRM team using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Handle configuration, development, support, maintenance, automation, integrations, and user assistance.
What you’ll do
• Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. • Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and Power Automate scripts. • Design and maintain automation flows using Power Automate. • Collaborate on integrations with corporate systems and MuleSoft. • Analyze and resolve second-level incidents and maintain CRM environments.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent Spanish required. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. • Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs. • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Git, MuleSoft integrations preferred. • Work authorization for Puerto Rico or remote work.
