About the role
Provide SAP Finance support and maintenance services, assisting users from different countries in an international environment. Analyze and resolve incidents, support business users, and participate in financial process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Provide functional support to end users. • Analyze and resolve SAP incidents. • Manage tickets within established SLAs. • Support financial processes. • Participate in functional tests and solution validation.
What you’ll bring
• Previous SAP functional support experience. • Strong SAP FI knowledge. • Knowledge of banking and treasury processes. • Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. • Intermediate/advanced Spanish for conversation.
