About the role
Manage inbound customer service and outbound engagement across Nigeria, Togo, Cameroon and Benin. Oversee 355 people in-house and outsourced to ensure excellent customer contact experience.
What you’ll do
• Manage inbound voice and digital queues across four markets. • Run escalation and ticketing model end to end. • Manage outbound engagement campaigns and measure impact. • Oversee outsourced partners and vendors against SLAs. • Lead workforce planning, budgeting, quality and training programs.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in contact centre or customer service operations. • 7+ years managing managers with 200+ agents. • Experience in multi-country West or Central Africa. • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written. • Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT or related field.
