About the role
Prepare high-quality continental dishes and maintain food standards in a professional kitchen. Ensure excellent dining experiences through creativity and efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Minimise food waste and support cost control. • Prepare and present continental dishes per recipes. • Monitor kitchen inventory and ingredient freshness. • Plan menus and recommend new dishes. • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years experience as Continental Chef or similar. • Ability to work under pressure and manage kitchen tasks. • Culinary training or relevant qualification is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and presentation. • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
