About the role
Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes to high-quality standards. Manage kitchen inventory and ensure food safety and hygiene.
What you’ll do
• Ensure proper food presentation and portion control. • Monitor kitchen inventory and ingredient use. • Prepare and cook continental dishes. • Minimise food waste and control costs. • Develop and execute menus. • Manage food preparation schedules.
What you’ll bring
• Good organisational and time-management skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment. • Knowledge of continental cuisines and cooking techniques. • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. • Culinary training or certification is a plus. • 2–3 years experience as Continental Chef or similar role.
