About the role
Manage commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of OFCI equipment contracts for data center projects. Ensure contractual alignment with project schedules and risk allocation.
What you’ll do
• Develop commercial and contractual strategies for OFCI equipment packages. • Lead commercial negotiations with equipment suppliers and manufacturers. • Manage contract variations, change orders, and commercial impacts. • Administer OFCI contracts throughout engineering, manufacturing, and delivery phases. • Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, and insurance stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years experience in contract or commercial management on capital projects. • Experience with supplier negotiations and contract administration. • Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects. • Work authorization in the country of application.
