About the role
The Contracts Advisor supports or leads project contracting implementation including strategy, contractor qualification, contract development, and administration through contract close-out.
What you’ll do
• Manage project contracting strategy and contractor qualification. • Develop contracting plans and Invitation to Tender packages. • Lead or support contract negotiations and administration. • Coordinate contract documentation and approvals. • Oversee subcontracting activities and contractor performance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in contracts engineering or administration. • Experience in commercial negotiations and contract management. • BS in Engineering preferred. • Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites. • Professional certification (CPM, CPSM, PMP) preferred.
