About the role
The Contracts Specialist manages contract drafting, administration, and compliance for Oilserv Group Entities. They handle RFQ/RFP processes, contract alignment, and reporting to support contract lifecycle management.
What you’ll do
• Draft and administer contracts for multiple group entities. • Manage RFQ/RFP processes through GEP. • Align back-to-back terms with client-nominated subcontracts. • Maintain contracts on GEP SMART and SAP systems. • Provide monthly contract status reports and resolve invoice issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Engineering or related field. • 4-6 years contracts experience across multiple entities. • Strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of GEP/SAP contract workflows. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
