About the role
Lead accounting operations and financial reporting for a large women's health network. Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
What you’ll do
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and reporting. • Prepare financial results and variance analyses for leadership. • Manage annual external audit process and relationships. • Own monthly and quarterly close process and financial statements. • Lead and develop accounting managers and team members.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 8-12+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership. • Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting. • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. • Work authorization to work full-time in the United States.
