About the role
Coordinate event venue operations including client interactions, vendor supervision, and event management. Ensure venue readiness and handle issues during events.
What you’ll do
• Meet prospective clients and convert inquiries into bookings. • Supervise external vendors during setup and teardown. • Oversee security and cleaning staff for safety and cleanliness. • Stay on-site during events and handle issues. • Check facilities before bookings and report faults.
What you’ll bring
• At least 2 years in event or hospitality operations. • Confident in client interactions and follow-ups. • Calm under pressure and problem-solving skills. • Living in or near Ikeja is an advantage.
