About the role
Lead the provision of end-user IT support and manage IT infrastructure across Shell Turkey. Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure compliance with Shell standards.
What you’ll do
• Manage IT infrastructure configuration and support. • Oversee local helpdesk support contract and resources. • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for IT services. • Manage procurement and asset inventory. • Coordinate audio-visual support across Shell Turkey.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 7 years relevant IT experience. • Experience managing a small team. • Knowledge of ITIL processes preferred. • Good business English and communication skills. • No travel restrictions.
