About the role
Provide best in class travel consultation focusing on booking domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations using Amadeus GDS.
What you’ll do
• Service inbound corporate travel requests virtually. • Deliver extraordinary customer service to clients. • Provide consultative service throughout booking process. • Complete reservations accurately and timely. • Follow Federal and State travel guidelines.
What you’ll bring
• Pass GDS assessment. • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM. • 5 years travel selling experience. • Mastery in Amadeus GDS. • Exceptional communication skills.
