About the role
Lead DB Financial's launch and growth in India by managing client acquisition, revenue, and partner growth. Build and lead a local sales and partner team to expand the business.
What you’ll do
• Own India P&L including client acquisition and revenue targets. • Onboard and grow IB and Master IB network. • Recruit and lead local sales and partner teams. • Develop local go-to-market plans and campaigns. • Ensure compliance with local rules and company policies.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in forex/CFD brokerage industry. • 3+ years in country or regional manager role. • Active portfolio of IBs and Master IBs in India. • Proven team building and leadership skills. • Fluent English; local language a plus. • Knowledge of India trading market and regulations.
