About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 to 6 Creative Designers. • Manage production flow and quality control. • Drive creative direction and concept development. • Analyze performance data to improve creatives. • Collaborate with AI engineers and marketing teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years leadership in digital marketing design teams. • Strong project management and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Hands-on experience with AI image platforms. • Fluency in English.
