Credentialing Coordinator

About the role
Manage credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for behavioral health providers and staff. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credentialing files to support billing and enrollment.
What you’ll do
• Manage provider onboarding and data entry. • Communicate with providers to collect required documentation. • Perform primary source verifications and escalate issues. • Coordinate malpractice insurance and payer enrollment. • Maintain credentialing workflows and participate in committees.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 2 years experience in credentialing or payer enrollment. • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care rules. • Experience with credentialing software and enrollment systems. • Strong communication and customer service skills.
