About the role
The Credit Risk Analyst reviews and analyzes SME loan applications to deliver accurate credit decisions. The role balances business growth with portfolio quality through risk evaluation and monitoring.
What you’ll do
• Review and analyze loan applications and documents. • Assess borrowers' creditworthiness and repayment capacity. • Make recommendations per credit policy and underwriting standards. • Liaise with Field Verification Officers and Risk Team. • Maintain accurate loan documentation and support improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 3 years in loan underwriting or credit analysis. • Prior experience in similar functions required. • Experience in banking or financial services is a plus. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. • Knowledge of risk control and industry research.
