About the role
The Credit Risk Officer assesses loan applications and provides data-driven recommendations in line with credit policies. The role monitors portfolio performance and supports effective credit risk management.
What you’ll do
• Review loan applications for completeness and compliance. • Analyse financial information and credit bureau reports. • Recommend loan amounts and repayment structures. • Verify conditions precedent before disbursement. • Monitor loan exposures and identify early warning signals.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. • Minimum 3 years experience in credit or risk management. • Knowledge of credit assessment and lending processes. • Understanding of KYC, AML and financial regulations. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
