About the role

What you’ll do
• Participate in company strategy and uphold principles. • Support communication on crewing and maritime union matters. • Ensure strong safety culture with vessel visits. • Monitor staffing levels with QHSE. • Manage crewing costs and liaise with authorities.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma in maritime or HR with 7+ years or degree with 5+ years. • Expertise in maritime crew management. • Knowledge of offshore support vessels is a plus. • Familiarity with marine laws and crew management software. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
