About the role
Provide excellent customer care by assisting policyholders with inquiries and service requests. Help customers navigate insurance products and improve their experience.
What you’ll do
• Take great care of customers beyond their initial questions. • Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing changes. • Know insurance products and app inside out. • Resolve customer inquiries effectively. • Process service requests for vehicles and policies.
What you’ll bring
• Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience a plus. • Friendly and positive attitude. • Strong work ethic and problem solving skills. • Strong communication skills. • Work authorization in specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
